Digital Products – All Sales Final

Due to the immediate access and delivery of our digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital content has been provided.

By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information and understand that access is provided immediately upon payment.

EU Consumers

If you are located in the European Union, you expressly:

• Request and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content;

• Acknowledge that performance begins immediately upon purchase;

• Understand that, once access to the digital content is provided, you lose any applicable right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions and completing your purchase, you confirm your consent to the immediate supply of digital content and your acknowledgment that your withdrawal rights cease once delivery begins.

Where applicable law requires a withdrawal function under Article 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673, such rights and procedures apply only to purchases that remain legally eligible for withdrawal and do not apply to digital content for which withdrawal rights have been validly waived as described above.
